What we process

We process API request and response metadata required to run the service, monitor reliability and support billing. We avoid storing unnecessary personal data in scoring pipelines.

Vehicle intelligence data

Intelligence signals are designed to be operational and anonymised where possible. We do not intentionally store user IP addresses, personal inbox content or sensitive identity data in model features.

Billing data

Payment handling is managed by Stripe. Card details are not stored by AISmartScore systems.

Retention and security

We retain only data needed for service operation, support, compliance and commercial reporting, and apply access controls and monitoring to protect platform data.
