Service use

AISmartScore provides decision-support signals for business workflows. Outputs are guidance and should be used with standard checks, inspections and compliance controls.

Billing

Billing is usage-based and processed through Stripe. Charges are applied for billable API requests according to your active plan. You can review usage and invoices in your partner billing setup.

Availability

We operate with reliability controls and fallback behaviour, but no software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted at all times. We continuously monitor and improve service quality.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, bypass rate or key controls, or use outputs for unlawful activity.
